This service includes working with prospective residents, industry and sector partners, our broader network and Government stakeholders to identify prospective residents for our broad range of properties.

Finding the right residents for your property is one of the most important steps in the management of your SDA property.

An in-depth understanding of how SDA funding operates, including the property types,design types and support ratios assigned to participants, is just the beginning of understanding the system.

Our experience in the industry ensures we know how to liaise with participants and their wider support networks to ensure that the right participant is able to find and move into the right property for their needs.

Unlike many other Tenant Procurement Services, Just SDA Management provides this service exclusively to our clients, searching specifically for the right participants for our properties under management.

Commence 8-11 months prior to completion of the property
Develop a comprehensive analysis of the local environment, create a detailed marketing plan and strategy for the target property/dwelling

Commence 6-9 months prior to completion of the property
Implement online social marketing strategy through industry partners, care providers, support coordinators, our broader disability network and community

Commence 5-6 months prior to completion of the property
Include in regular newsletter and social posts and circulate property details and information to disability support network including hospital and NDIS networks

Commence 3-4 months prior to completion of the property
Commence participant engagement through virtual tours, roll throughs and inspections (where possible) to support residents in making informed choice about the property. Commence shortlist and onboarding process to optimise occupancy of property at project completion

Commence 1-2 months prior to completion of the property
Commence letters of offer and complete multi-tenant induction and familiarisation meetings (as required) to ensure suitability for co-tenants
6
Day 1 - Handover
Work with participants and their support team to transition participants safely into property/dwelling
