We founded Just SDA Management in January 2023 so that individuals had access to ethical, appropriate, and suitably designed homes to call their own.
By developing a strong relationship with both our residents and our investment and development partners, we have been able to continue to grow and expand to support homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.
While our history might be brief, our impact has been positively felt by those we support as residents and our development and investment partners. We seek to continually drive and shape our sector to ensure that those operating within it operate ethically and with a focus on positive outcomes for those living with complex disabilities or high-care support needs.
Our team has a unique blend of lived experience, shared experience and sector knowledge which informs our academic and research-based approach to develop and provide positive outcomes for all we partner with. We have no desire to be the biggest operator in the sector; just the one that leads the way with industry best practice approaches and a constant desire to continually improve.
Just SDA Management has continued to grow and expand its operations to support properties from Mackay in the north, Port Macquarie to the south and Warwick and Toowoomba to the west, and now finds itself serving communities in New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, with other States set to be added in the immediate future.
We proudly support over 100 residents, their partners, and their families across our blended property portfolio of houses, villas, duplexes and apartments. We have a strong pipeline of developments continually completing thanks to our developer and investor partners that helps address the shortage of well-located and suitably designed properties in close proximity to major infrastructure hubs, community hubs and public transport.
We proudly support nearly 100 residents, their partners and families across our 94 properties with multiple projects and properties either under construction or in planning. This consistent growth expands how many individuals we are able to support with safe, appropriate and empowering living solutions, giving them the deserved choice and control they desire.
