Since launching in January 2023, we have continued to grow to support over 100 residents in our homes in less than 2 years with an additional 300 places in various stages of design, construction or handover in the pipeline.
Originally launching in South East Queensland, we have expanded north to Mackay, south to Newcastle, NSW, Adelaide and projects under construction in Victoria.
Our client partnership model now supports over 50 developer, builder, investor, and Social Impact fund partners which utilise our experience, research and knowledge across the SDA Sector to understand the nuances, trends and current supply and demand mechanics, well beyond the publicly available NDIS reports and data so often heavily relied on.
We have developed in-house intellectual property and technology that helps us understand the market, our competitors and where opportunities exist for the medium term.
We have focused our efforts on single or co-tenanted dwellings in key infill suburban locations rather than the outlying suburban locations as is often seen. Our focus on quality research, engagement and collaboration with our partners and our community has resulted in high levels of satisfaction from residents and high levels of occupancy across our portfolio.
