We have 15 apartments currently under development in the charming suburb of Footscray! While these apartments won't be ready until mid 2025, we are inviting interested participants to reach out now in preparation for next year. Each apartment will be built to the high physical support design (HPS) level, which will cater to participants with HPS, Fully Accessible, and Improved Liveability funding.

The site is ideally situated in the suburb of Footscray, offering excellent access to green spaces, cafés, and supermarkets. It’s just 50 meters from public bus transport and less than 2km from the nearest train station, providing an appealing option for residents should the tram facility at the front of the property doesn't meet accessibility needs.
